I am very excited to be partnering with Dr. Ian McLogan N.D. to present this six week program that will guide you every step of the way through keto-adaptation. Classes will include instruction, demonstration, keto supplies, and tons of support from both of us and the rest of the group to set you up for success as you learn the techniques of how to incorporate this exciting path to vibrancy and health into your life.

Dr. Ian and I are both passionate about the health potential of a ketogenic diet and we both have personal keto success stories.

A little more about Dr. Ian:

Dr. Ian McLogan is a Naturopathic Primary Care Physician practicing in the Laurelhurst neighborhood of Seattle, Washington. His personal philosophy is patient centered integrative medicine. He balances patient preferences with the best of modern conventional medicine and complementary and alternative therapies. Dr. Ian's focus is on wellness and prevention as well. His clinical interests include digestive health, autoimmune disease, mental health, pain management, and diet and lifestyle therapies and he is contracted with many major insurance companies.

He completed an undergraduate degree in psychology at Wayne State University in Detroit Michigan before completing a 4 year naturopathic medical program at Bastyr University. Since graduating he completed a 2 year residency at Natural Medicine of Seattle where he currently practices.

Aside from medicine as a passion, Dr. Ian loves spending his free time in nature including activities like rock climbing, skiing, and hiking and other activities like cooking, meditating, and yoga.
